ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally dispatched on the same business day when placed before our applicable daily dispatch cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at info@eurotrendz.ee as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging and the item received so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

UNDELIVERABLE OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
