RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Euro Trendz, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may have the right to return it in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items should be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With original tags and packaging where applicable
• Free from stains, odours, washing, damage or other signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

RETURN COSTS

For a change-of-mind return under the statutory right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we have stated otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover them.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. Where the return relates to a defect, non-conformity or our error, we will handle the return in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not charge you the return cost where the law requires us to cover it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days after receiving and checking the returned goods.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where applicable law requires a refund within a specific period, those legal requirements will apply.

EXCEPTIONS

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as other products unless a specific lawful exception applies.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@eurotrendz.ee as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide the remedy required under applicable law.
